I help high-tech and MedTech companies sharpen their offering, choose the right initial market and plan for growth with the exit in mind.

As co-founder and CEO of iThera Medical (2010–2025), I helped take medical technology from a laboratory demonstrator to international commercialisation in over 20 countries. This included connecting product strategy, clinical validation and regulatory planning.

Previously, I worked in marketing and sales at GE Healthcare and as a consultant at McKinsey. Today, I advise deep-tech and MedTech companies and serve as a mentor at UnternehmerTUM and an expert advisor at TUM Venture Lab Healthcare.
